slow cooker barbecue beef ribs

I love my slow cooker and I love beef ribs.  So when I decided to cook up a bunch of fall of the bone ribs with Guinness my favorite Irish beer I knew I’d have a winner!   And don’t worry if you can’t have alcohol, just replace the beer with Root Beer or Dr. Pepper.
