HEALTHY GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 ounces NatureRaised Farms® Gluten Free grilled chicken breast strips
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • fresh blueberries
  • tangerine wedges – cleaned and seeded
  • slices star fruit
  • balsamic vinegar – I used tangerine balsamic
  • olive oil
  • sea salt and black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. thaw grilled chicken or warm in microwave
  2. build your salad with the mixed greens on the bottom
  3. place chicken strips on top of greens
  4. decorate with fruit (use as much or as little as you like)
  5. season with sea salt and black pepper
  6. drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil to taste and enjoy
