INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces NatureRaised Farms® Gluten Free grilled chicken breast strips
- 2 cups mixed greens
- fresh blueberries
- tangerine wedges – cleaned and seeded
- slices star fruit
- balsamic vinegar – I used tangerine balsamic
- olive oil
- sea salt and black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- thaw grilled chicken or warm in microwave
- build your salad with the mixed greens on the bottom
- place chicken strips on top of greens
- decorate with fruit (use as much or as little as you like)
- season with sea salt and black pepper
- drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil to taste and enjoy
